mourinho making rumblings

of course it won't happen, you are spot on.

that is what people have to realise. The only way Wenger leaves before 2014 is if he resigns, the board won't sack him no matter what the fans do.

Kroenke doesnt watch any games, he doesnt give a shit. The only thing he is interested is a number which is handed to him in the summer with the number of season tickets that have been sold. This number then tells him whether the fans are happy or not. The only question he will have at the moment is whether he can sell these tickets at a higher price next season.
mourinho is a brilliant manager, but he always had the backing up - porto are very rich for a portuguese team and has huge scouting networks just like benfica, their scouting of south american teams is miles ahead of most top european clubs, and obviously bigger than english clubs as well for work permit reasons. then chelsea, inter, real and endless cash... he's the type who walks in one day and the next he goes to the directors to say he needs 3 or 4 top class players for the positions he considers weak in the squad. what do you think would happen if he walked in front of kroenke and said "you know the 50M in the bank? i'm gonna need all of it, and maybe a bit more. we might have to blow the wage cap to bits also".

what are the chances that our self-sustainable piss-drinking profit-seeking policy would be simply let aside "just" to have a winning team again? it's not like they're worried about us winning stuff again as long as the balance is not red :banghead:

He would genuinely be my first choice to replace Wenger.

All the fucking way. Tactically brilliant, not afraid to make big decisions with big players. Gets the team all loving playing for him. The man's class. So what eh thinks he's the best, prove that he isn't?

Lots of players have had money and done fuck all. Plus at Inter his shrewd investments were to get get Eto'o in for Ibra, and getting Sneijder for cheap. He's brilliant

How do you propose to convince the board of that?

Would be so funny if he did, poor Augie would just have got rid of one nemesis, only to be confronted with another.
Would he have the strength to start all over again with a "Jose out" campaign?

I can just see Augie on MOTD at Jose's first game, calling him all the *word censored* of the day, and the MOTD panel asking "who is this lunatic"

The ONLY way Mourinho could/would come to Arsenal is if

Usmanov took over - He and Abramovich are Mortal enemies in business (Oil/Land/Gas etc) so getting in Mourinho would be one in the eye for his competitor. Sadly this board of cretins will never do a deal to allow that to happen..and silent stan will back AW and the board to the hilt...coz they're making him 'Profit'...that's all he's interested in.

So basically we're stuck with Le Proff and P Hill Wood and co for the next 3 seasons....that's when AW's contract expires.... :banghead: :wailer: :suicide:

Only the Spanish [players - because (and imo a clever move and tactic) is that he has set up a very internal competitive system among the players.... He has brought in quite a few Portuguese players and that has caused the spanish AND fans to react....so not ALL the players hate him....

At least he wouldn't molly coddle the players here like Wengercunt has.

seems as though nothing will please you then

get real
Out of nearly 7billion people on earth, I've named two that I don't want as manager. Hardly suggests nothing will please me. What's unrealistic about not wanting Wenger or Mourinho? :?

He will end up at OT though

Realistic, Moyes.

So what makes you think Moyes is going to do any better than what Wenger is doing at the moment???
I assume you think Moyes because of the wage restrictions he will be forced to work under by the Arsenal board but that is no different than at Everton and he is not doing very well there is he? I don't recall him winning a trophy or finishing in the top 4 ever.
