I wanted to vote for Song but Arshavin edges him out, but why is Gibbs listed? I know I defend him at every oppurtunity (justified IMO) but he's hardly a bad player is he? He's impressed since he came back into the side from injury.

So many to choose from. You could make a case for all of them but you would have to go a long way to get worse than Ramsey at the moment. Should not even be on the bench, let alone starting.

can't understand why wenger played him wide left - either play him in the centre or not at all, i don't know if it's because he broke his leg, but he can't run - even song looks quicker than ramsey

btw Rambo will still be a class player in the PL

Ramsey was dire today but not the only 1.I think the guy needs a rest he seems to have no confidence at the min.I find he gives the ball away too much ,slows the play down ,seems to want to play a world class pass everytime when a simple pass will do.

Arshavin.

Djourou has had a shocker but was played out of position for most of the season.

WHERE'S VERMALEN? HE'S FUCKING RUBBISH!!!!!1!!

Followed closely by that *word censored* Van Persie. 3 or 4 games without a goal. He's on the decline. Sell!

Ramsey has had a complete nightmare of a season.
Arshavin has looked disinterested and crap.
Gibbs can't defend for the life of him.
Why is Santos on that list? Head and shoulders above Gibbs.
Song's had a good season I think, he's come in to his own now that Arteta bears more of the defensive burden, whereas Fabregas didn't defend much, if at all.
Djourou and Mertesacker have been disastrous but both have had good games. Mertesacker IMO is underrated, but has obvious and stark flaws.
Gervinho's been a huge disappointment, but in the same way as with Mertesacker and Santos, I'd be wary of judging a foreign player in their first year in the Premier League.

Frankly, Rosicky could quite easily have featured on this list earlier in the season. Remember Old Trafford?! He has played six half decent games in about 3 years and suddenly he is worthy of a new contract and a pay rise. Another player who has failed to ever perform consistently for the Club, yet is still here and will be next season and the one after that. The plaudits that are being lauded on him at the moment are laughable. It is a sign of just how poor so many of our players are that when they string a few performances together we claim they are world beaters e.g. Walcott, Song. Truth is they are usually so poor that when they are simply half competent many apologists for the team and Wenger are happy to forget the complete dross that has been served up for so long. Just like the people who believe that seven wins on the trot can paper over the cracks of seven years of failure.
