Barton

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

The guy is a disgrace. Absolutely no need for that shit. Hope he gets a nice long ban.

Kompany actually comes across as a class fella. I saw his interview with Linekar and i have to say City has got themselves a top player and a captain who is articulate and seems to know about the history of the club or at least tries to understand it.

Do you know what the GIC said of Kompany once when we were being linked with him?

"I've known him since he was 15 but I'm not interested"

Yeah I gotta agree, his sky interveiw was also very good, said that its not all about the money, "when we had no money, we dreamed of this" - or something to that extent. I know it sounds like a load of bollox but he seemed quite genuine!

should get 2 game ban for the sending off
6 game ban for kneeing Aguero after the sending off
6 game ban for refusing to leave the pitch

£500,000 fine for bringing the game into disrepute
banned from using twitter

Given what Paul Davis got all those years ago, Barton should get at least 9 and preferably 12 games. And to think that there were many on here wanting him to join us.

1. He's not a very good footballer (although quite a few on here wanted us to sign him :banghead: ). If the game was played in slow motion he might be OK

2. He's a fucking wind-up merchant of the highest order and turns every game into his own little circus

3. He's definitely got a screw loose. The way that he just kicked Aguero - if he's still doing that at his age then he'll never snap out of it.

He's a nasty little shit bag and if he doesn't get at least eight or nine games for that then something is wrong

:D I hope QPR get shot of the *word censored* - he doesn't deserve to play in any team.... all his lame attempts at pseudo intellectual remarks (all culled from famous sayings books btw) on twitter etc...what a nonce, he's had more chances than hot dinners and needs flogging then feeding to the pigs down on Farmer Nasty's Farm! :box: :cussing: :D

a very confused, angry young man. the pseudo-intellectualism over twitter is comedy gold to be fair, a bit like baba :D
as a player, nothing special, will be remembered for his lack of intellect, much like baba again :)
