perhaps i was a lil harsh on him haha but i dont wanna come across all negative on the guy but ya know he's ranked what he is for a reason, if he can kick on from this and show improvement then in the bigger scheme of things its a massive success if not then ya know what does it really count for???Chippy wrote:Harsh. the lad had the game of his life. Not harsh or negative at all. It was an honest and frank opinion based on watching him play and the knowledge that at his age he's hardly ripped up any trees in the years he's been a pro. The fact he is a gooner, British and just played the game of his life - whilst losing in the second round of Wimbledon for feck's sake, which probably says it all - shouldn't cloud our judgement.Chippy wrote:Harsh. the lad had the game of his life.
