Traveling to Londontown! / and more?

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Well done DP!! 8) (Err... I just realised that reads like a boast someone that has indulged in a threesome might make!!   )

As for pubs, there are so many in and around the vicinity that it depends on what type of pre-match 'environment' you are looking for. I don't normally drink before a game so hopefully others will give you tips or alternatively, you could do a search on past topics as I'm sure we've had a 'Best Pub to Visit' type thread on here before.

ive heard the atmosphere is hit or miss. either way i'll be lit and having a blast. the tentative plan is to get off the finsbury tube station, hit the pubs on blackstock rd. stop for a quick view of the old east stand then maybe a pint at the stadium if i havent blown through my cash :D although using the search on here, seems we'll have plenty of places to stop before we hit the gates

even if we are the only yank bastards singing, i missed a chance to visit highbury in '03 so im taking full advantage this go round!!!! :D :barscarf: :D

The Blackstock's a sh*thole, but apart from that anywhere on the Blackstock or at Finsbury Park is OK.
