Swansea game thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

5-1 to us or 3-2 to them. Who knows anymore and, indeed, who fucking really cares anymore. :(

Apart from games against the MancFilth and the Scum I can't even get properly fucking angry about our performances and repeated managerial failings anymore... the sense of pointlessness and resignation is almost overwhelming... :|

Arsene Wenger - the greatest manager we ever had. But also the worst. :x :(

Good Old Arsenal RIP.

I bet if somebody asked him if we're still in the title race today he wouldn't rule it out. It's a question not even asked by journos because it's absolutely outrageous to even contemplate, but sure enough Wenger will tell everybody we still have an outside chance. People have been sectioned for less.

Stop being so bloody miserable. Overall we showed a very good spirit and pulled back a hard earned point on our Chumpions League rivals West Brom

Now cheer up or I'll be sending Mr Hill Wood round to spit on your chips

Urgh  that's my fault  I clicked "like" Arsenal on facebook today (thanks to a link sent from BG  ) and within minutes that fucking banner came up on my facebook wall saying "thank you - 12 million fans..."

I "unliked" Arsenal straight away and pressed the "spam" button 8)

Do you have a "spaz" button as well?

Excuses already in the holster for Wenger, he's still banging on about playing in the CL, last week   I'm going to enjoy the march and also enjoy the ire aimed at Wenger if we fuck this game up, which we could well do...!!

I think Michu has to stand next to Cazorla as the best signing of the last transfer window.

I reckon Swansea are a great bet at 13/2 for those who like a flutter.

Michu is still going strong, Cazorla has become invisible.

The good news is that we're top of the Fair Play League at the moment - in fact even further clear after Hangeland's sending off last week

Is there a trophy for it?
There's Only One Arsene Wenger

:barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:
Europa Cup qualifying stage place, tournament starts late June.

I'm aware of that trophy. I just wondered if in addition you actually get a tangible piece of silverware to hold rather than a virtual trophy?

HighburyJD will be absolutely over the moon if we get to play in the Europa League pre-qualifying though. A raft expedition to the Faroe Islands is the stuff of superfan fantasy.....

I really feel for our players. I mean, they have had to play 3 games of football in a week. What with getting in to work for 10am each day and having to put in a hard 2 hour shift, i don't know how they pick themselves up to play a full match.
Tired players and we're only in November. You really are a stupid old fool Wenger.
