Swansea FA Cup Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Now we're out of the League Cup, this game means more to me than any other on the horizon at the moment. I couldn't give a flying about the rest of the PL games or CL games as we have no chance of winning either competition and finishing 4th excites me as much as the thought of Nora Batty taking a bath.

Go out of this one and the season is over in my eyes. Taking the whole family down to south Wales for this one so hopefully Lord Wenger will do us the honour of playing a reasonable side and not the likes of Martinez, Djourou, Santos and any other useless fucker looking for their once in a blue moon outing.

Mancini was complaining that Ivory Coast have called up their players for a get together mid-day on Saturday, so in that case he's gone now!! :barscarf: :barscarf:   :-P

I'm with Steve o on this one its the ONLY thing we can win so we SHOULD go all out at it .

Instead I suspect ,Wenger will start with Gervinho and Giroud up front Ramsey and Rosicky to "Rest" tired Theo Carzola and Wilshere and we will get dumped out of the cup before losing more important League games and spend the rest of the season clutching at virtual straws.

I'm not confident on this one at all !

I could live with a couple of changes (the Forehead apart). It'll be the selection of Martinez/Mannone, Djourou, Santos, Gnabry and a bunch of 18 year olds that fuck me off

Especially as Swansea will most likely be resting a few players themselves due to their up coming semi final against Chelsea.

Thought we would lose this when the draw was done and seen nothing to change my mind. His update on injuries mentioned ping pong, flappy and Man 1. That tells you all we need to know. He prioritises 4th spot over the cups so we will rest players in prep for Shitty.
2-0 to the swans. Season over.

We have no chance, as we will field a team of half hearted pussies and get turned over easily 3-0.
