Worst Performance of the Season (so far)?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Lot of poor ones, but losing to a League Two team in one of the only competitions we had a reasonable shot of winning a much-needed trophy, that surely has to be the worst. I hope the players were embarrassed with that performance as much as the fans were.

"No, not embarrassed as the team gave everything. They are disappointed though!"

Away to United, I was at the Gunners pub for that so I got to witness our 'defence' get dissected on a 60 inch monitor, lovely.

I have not seen such a shambolic defensive performance from any team at any level for years. There are simply things you pick up when you watch football regularly for years, alas, Santos has been playing top-level football for years and cannot grasp even the basics. That Santos is a millionaire from playing football is a fact that makes me believe I have a damn good chance of being a millionaire myself.

Look at that beautiful back four, Christ.

For me was Norwich away - we just didn't look remotely interested in scoring (or even getting close)

+ was a complete waste of £50 on the match ticket

Top 4 is a trophy though! That fella finished top four which is something Arsenal won't be doing this season
