Swansea away.
Re: Swansea away.
If we defend as a team like we did last night, we will win. But that is the question, which Arsenal team will show up?

That would be the Severn Bridge then???Wengerballs wrote:No way. A draw at best. I concur

Am reading all sorts of comments praising wenger for dropping chesney and tv5 last night but will he stick to that team on saturday ? As flash pointed out, it is easy to play fabinski is a meaningless game like last night but another thing completely to play him in a must win game at the weekend. Should wenger change a winning team ? If he doesnt and fabs flaps again and costs us the match, will there be an almighty outcry for wenger picking him ?

But also Augie...IF wenker sticks with him and he does have another good game - That will boost his confidence AND (perhaps) shut the gobby pole up and he might start working to try and regain his place....However IF he drops fabianski to the bench and restores shez - It will revert back to the same old of ' Fabianski having no confidence in his game and shez will continue thinking he can just walk into the No 1 Keeper slot - which is what he has been doing - even thogh he has been suspect for a while now.augie wrote:Wengerballs wrote:No way. Re: Swansea away.
play same team as last night barring injuries, maybe with the exception of walcott, cant see any reason why he would/should change a winning team.

Inclined to agree - as shit as we all know Fabianski and others are it's not as though our normal XI have done the business this season.mcdowell42 wrote:play same team as last night barring injuries, maybe with the exception of walcott, cant see any reason why he would/should change a winning team.
Re: Swansea away.
predicting an Arsenal result these days is like trying to predict next years weather, its a farking lottery.if we turn up we may win,if not we may lose, all i know is that swansea used to be 'Arsenal lite' ,these days though at the best of times we are 'swansea lite'. i think 'jaded from mid week' is gonna rear its ugly head,a swans win me thinks

Re: Swansea away.
Is it
Lose = Jaded out of focus handbrakes
or
Draw = Tired after giving their all but affected by the midweek efforts
or
Win =Na na Na na Na great Mental spirit rewarding their great desire
Haven't a scooby but im praying on the win

Re: Swansea away.
Hard one to predict in that the swans are a decent side but just as likely to put in a crap performance as we are.
I believe that the Bayern victory will give us the confidence to go on and win this........or it could mean we show up with our usual complacency as so often shown to "smaller" teams by our lot.
In other words......haven't got a feckin scooby what the outcome will be

Does that mean that you get a mint or orange biscuit with the cup of tea ?
Re: Swansea away.
We win (comfortably!) at Bayern Munich, but I still find it hard to see us doing the same at Swansea....sums us up at the moment really!!

Not club level. Cheap seats - now quick question am I allowed to express an opinion on the manager and team?
