Would you really call putting his hand up a girls shirt "rape"? really?! - I don't know about the legal definition, but I'd call that sexual assault, abuse or groping. To me, rape implies intercourse, or something equally as depraved.

I'd say his crimes are bad enough without resorting to sensationalising what he did.

Oh, and it was one 9 year old, mate; "children" suggests more than one.The other girls he kissed or groped were older.

Agree though, 15 months seems a light sentence; especially if he gets out early.
