They will give us space to play, but too strong for us 2-1 to them.

Yeah we're basically starting with a one-goal handicap because that's an absolute banker1989 wrote:I don't know about the outcome of this one but I know one thing will happen for sure and that is Higuain will fucking score.

Having been very optimistic about our recent PL games and Marseille, and correctly predicted the 2-1 and There's Only One chorus at Swansea........I'm afraid our tiredness is going to cost us and we're going to lose 1-2

Re: Napoli at home
with 6 players all out injured, pushing for 1st team honours, it was about to happen. The lads on Saturday did look a bit leggy, but confidence is high and i can see us snatching a 2-1 resultSteveO 35 wrote:Having been very optimistic about our recent PL games and Marseille, and correctly predicted the 2-1 and There's Only One chorus at Swansea........I'm afraid our tiredness is going to cost us and we're going to lose 1-2
Re: Napoli at home
Napoli will be our toughest match so far in this campaign. They're doing very well in their league, plus Benitez is a master tactician so they'll give us a hard game.
I naturally hope we win, but can't see it tbh.

Re: Napoli at home
My guess is that, benitez being the arch tactician, will be very happy with a draw at ours. They will be very negative.

IIf it wasn't that then it was a song going by the same tune.OneBardGooner wrote:There wasn't a single utterance of that at swansea!SteveO 35 wrote:Having been very optimistic about our recent PL games and Marseille, and correctly predicted the 2-1 and There's Only One chorus at Swansea........I'm afraid our tiredness is going to cost us and we're going to lose 1-2

Can also Rafa content with the draw. In an ideal world we win without too much energy being taken out of the team. 1-0 Ozil opening his account!

Re: Napoli at home
I agree with Chippy that Benitez would be very happy with a draw.
My worry is that when teams sit back a bit we can look devoid of ideas (particularly with little pace and no width) and we're regularly exposed to counterattacks and we haven't played anyone in Napoli's class so far this season.
I'm thinking I might take a draw if it were offered.

Maybe bring along a banana or two to throw at our own black players too, huh? Soooo classy, these Italian racists.
