Other games Easter W'end

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Vito Mannone made 14 saves today, the joint-most by any goalkeeper in a PL game since 2003/04.

So Chelsea put Ba on and hoof to him all day.

What exactly do Chelsea midfielders do? A creative pass maybe?? No. They have a high shot count because they shoot from 20 yards with 2 banks of players in front of them.

When the impetus is on Chelsea to play they look inept.

What bunch of useless arseholes, thanks for making this year a red year, thanks a bunch.

Wenger wouldn't let Bould out of his seat let alone be in a position to have a go at anyone.

Hate the Dippers, but face it, lads, someone had to save football from the moneybags. Should have been us, as the league was there for the taking this season, but alas, we had Wenger. :banghead:

I do sincerely hope that the Dippers go on to win it, likewise, Atletico Madrid over in La Liga.

Hope restored for football me thinks. :barscarf:

It is very very very scant consolation that Mourinho is left looking like a prize *word censored*. He's been trying to big up his (prospective) achievements all year and all that 'little horse' bollocks looks stupid now that a folly he didn't even acknowledge is going to win the league.

Is there a more graceless, bitter man in football than Mourinho? his continuous sarcastic moaning after his teams legitimately lose is becoming incredibly tiresome.

I will be delighted when they don't win the league.

You are kidding right? A certain Monsieur Wonga is CONSTANTLY moaning and blaming everyone but himself after losing games and it's been going on for years!! He also refuses to shake the hands of opposing managers when his toys go out the pram. Wonga is MUCH worse than Maureenio.

Koeman knew what he was talking about when he called him the most hated man in football.

The difference between this tosser and the man is that he leaves every job once he's found out or just before. He stretches his teams to their absolute limit and then f**ks off because he knows what's coming. Him and Rednapp together are to long term team building what Harold Shipman is to GP's home visits.

It was a fucking penalty too. He's dived in from behind like a fucking slid right where the bloke was about to plant his foot. I wouldn't have much sympathy even if the attacker had bought the foul but he didn't, he brought him down.

Mourinho has made himself look every bit the twat that he is this year. Even the media saw straight through his constant moaning about their striking options and 'little horse' bollocks and he has blown it with indisciplined, arrogant performances against Villa, Palace and Sunderland.

Today must be the first time since the invention of the Spinning Jenny that Liverpool have had a first 11 attacking player injured.

Come on Norwich :barscarf:

Liverpool grab the game by the scruff of the neck again in the first 5 minutes

Fair play to Liverpool, frankly you have to admire their football and the approach they take which doesn't change even when under pressure. Even our stronger sides would have come close to filling their pants in this situation. Another angle to them winning is the extra misery it piles onto united fans who made such a big deal of surpassing Liverpool's number of league titles. And now they have David Moyes

There is still plenty of time for Norwich to get back into this but personally I can see them getting dicked on the counter
