Fulham relegated

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Complete nothing club, as far as I'm concerned. One of the most boring in PL history.

If ever a Super Sunday featured 'X vs. Fulham', you knew that it wouldn't be worth watching. They seemed to beat Chelsea at Craven Cottage fairly often, but didn't do anything else of note.

Don't really like the stadium either. Nothing near the ground, and not even a concourse underneath the away end. And a neutral section because they don't have enough fans to fill a 25k stadium? Poor.

They won't be missed, and I can quite easily see them becoming a mid-table Championship side for the next decade.

Yeah their stadium sucks doesn't it, I'm all for getting Bolton and Wigan back up here ASAP.

The variety is so enticing :barscarf:

Their ground has character, the Cottage/Pavillion is quirky, and the riverside drinking terrace is good.

But have done little as a team since 1975 as far as I can remember?

Would have liked Fulham to have stayed up, but it's all gone pear shaped since Fayed sold up, personally I would have preferred Sunderland to have gone down.

Has any side been relegated that quickly after making a European cup final?

Nice little ground yes but ultimately which mid table/relegation fodder is in the league or not is of no concern to me. As long as we get six points off them I couldn't give a monkey's

'Nothing near the ground'

Bloody Hell.

Try the mighty River Thames and all the riverside pubs dotted on either side, or walk over the bridge into Putney - if you are not on one of the six Arsenal boats on the river that is - Probably the best away trip of the season either way, absolutely glorious at the right time of year. I used to work on Fulham High Road, and enjoyed a delicious pub lunch in 'The Golden Lion' most days, lovely little boozer.

RIP the Fulham boat trip, and the annual trip to Craven Cottage.

Went to the away fixture at Craven Cottage this season, nice little ground, enjoyed the day. Can't really muster up a fuck to give about the club going down mind.
