Obviously I hope we win, but I'm not sure it really matters. We're already down to battling for the losers consolation prize of top 4 and it's only 10 games into the season - yawn.

Where has our positive g88ner gone? Glad you're back but you have massively joined the dark side while away.

There's not much to be positive about though, that's the problem.

If you're going to sign a new contract then ffs get the squad finally sorted and use the FA Cup win as a springboard. What you don't do is go into a season with 2 bang average, off the pace defensive midfielders, have an endless string of attacking midfielders who almost all want to play centrally, have 3 average strikers and only 6 defenders.

Throw in another injury ravaged squad, out of the title race before the clocks go back and seeing Fabregas playing superbly for a street wise, balanced Chelsea whilst we cluelessly stumble from one game to the next and you have very little to be happy about.

Alexis Sanchez is the obvious plus point, but Wenger and the other players will let him down all season until even he loses interest, as there's no way a player with that appetite and quality can be happy going for 4th place every season with little sign of progress.

On the plus side, it's almost Christmas.

Absolute bollocks, made a few good saves last night, collected the crosses that were his to catch and can't be blamed in any way whatsoever for the goals

Chesney IS NOT a top goalkeeper - if we expect to finish in the top 4 then we should have a goalkeeper who is in the top 4 in the PL. Hart, Courtois, De Gea, Lloris, Forster are all better than him.
