In fairness chippy, all I seem to be reading is humorous posts so there doesn't appear to be anything ott

Can I lend my support to the isis suggestion though ?

Re: Threats against Wenger
There have been other threats on the forum today, augs. We just need everyone to keep it reasonable.augie wrote:Chippy wrote:Seriously guys we are all pissed off tonight, but there is a lot of shit around at the moment, so as Quartz said, keep the banter on the humorous side and give up the threatening shit.

Re: Threats against Wenger
That is because I have deleted the threats that were OTT or not clearly tongue-in-cheek.augie wrote:Chippy wrote:Seriously guys we are all pissed off tonight, but there is a lot of shit around at the moment, so as Quartz said, keep the banter on the humorous side and give up the threatening shit.

Re: Threats against Wenger
We should just go ultra-gallows humour, might as well laugh and get through it with dignity and laughter. Calling for someone to die etc. is way below standards.
Re: Threats against Wenger
Sadly the truth is the only way Wenger will not be Arsenal manager is if he does die.He is like all dictators they never leave voluntarily. He will still be manager in 10 years time.FACT
Re: Threats against Wenger
Well I'm not going to get myself banned by posting threats, but if these threats are appearing on social media sites, then maybe it's a sign that the "worm has finally turned! and I for one will applaud thatQuartzGooner wrote:This is not about whether you are pro or anti Wenger or any other such "Twitter Sensation"/Blogs Up In Arms" type thing.
It is about keeping things in proportion and basic decency.
It is also about not being an idiot in the light of recent laws on social media threats, and resultant jail sentences.
This place has sailed very close to the wind over the last 24 hours, if people value it then wise up.

Re: Threats against Wenger
i still didnt see open revolt at the Emirates last night
tbh a lot of the people sat around me would not have blinked had we lost 0-5 last night.
it is amazing how many just seem to be there for the "Champions League experience" Having their photo taken is as important as seeing a goal. at times it feels like going to a museum
Wenger will not be hounded out at the Emirates however bad we get

Re: Threats against Wenger
