MAN UTD HOME

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

If we go from 9th to 4th then that surely makes Wenger a genius beyond comparison
Souness will be able to talk about his 'greatest ever achievement' again !

0-0.

2 more points dropped. i stick by my prediction that 1pt vs united and 3 against west brom will be the only points we pick up.

Not banking on our towering centre half Monreal playing then ?
Monreal has been less of a calamity at CB then I thought he would be. And he's still cost us goals.

I pissed my pants at that penalty on Tuesday, all it needed was a comedy banana skin

I wonder if LVG will use Fellaini to target Monreal hmmm.... :rubchin:
Thankfully our Wenker is a tactical G and will have a plan devised to prevent long diagonal balls up to RVP etc.
Away win.

Talking of Wenger's greatest ever achievement it could easily come in this game when he makes Valencia, Smalling, Rojo and Shaw look like GG's famous back four

He couldn't even beat Moyes' piss-poor Utd last season and that won't change under van Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaal's statistically worse vintage.

im a 100% certain he'll set us up like last year - anything to avoid a loss and keep his job.

we'll go 451 and sit back and try and get a 0-0, just like last year after the Liverpool debacle when giroud played up alone.

Well, quite.

Cue more of the same with Wenger praising our 'tremendous quality' as we grind out a 0-0 draw while mustering a grand total of zero shots on goal.

"You have to credit Man Utd, they defended very well. Overall I feel we lacked a little bit of sharpness to score but we gave absolutely everything."

If they attack us they'll find out just how pathetic our defence is, unless Kos is back to help. Chambers & Walcott in the England set-up is a joke after the Swansea classic. Chambers is a 'red card' waiting to happen every week. So slow for a full back. I prefered Jenkins. Having said that, they're defence is not brilliant either. A draw may be all we can hope for. :barscarf: :barscarf:

4th place trophy is boring. Let's go for the below 4th trophy. That's something we have never won before and will surely looks nice on our cluttered trophy cabinet.

We will get stuffed 4-1, and AKB'S will mutter something about judging Wenger in May, and will triumphantly proclaim Wenger as the greatest when we beat the mighty West Brom(inbetween being humiliated by Dortmund again).
