Wolves fans? They only have two chants - 'Same old Arsenal always cheating' and 'we support our local team'. Mugs - no thanksHenry Norris 1913 wrote:boring town with no identity, supported mainly by young kids and old people. waste of space in this league. it might be an unpopular opinion but I'd rather a club like wolves get promoted with an actual traditional support base or something bournemouth are just a southern wigan. they'll be gone forever when they get relegated

I wish Bournemouth well, but how can an 11,000 seat stadium be acceptable in the PL? Surely, they could share with Soton.

What part of it is unacceptable? Why can't we any longer accept a small stadium?GranadaJoe wrote:I wish Bournemouth well, but how can an 11,000 seat stadium be acceptable in the PL? Surely, they could share with Soton.

Most countries have minimum standards for stadiums. Bournemouth have got to improve and increase facilities for the media plus other bits and pieces.arseofacrow wrote:What part of it is unacceptable? Where you set the limit is debatable, but I would have thought that 15,000 minimum in the first year and 20,000 by year 2 were reasonable.
Would Brighton's 8,000 be OK?
I think access for fans is important.

If Brighton had a ground with 8000, then so be it. I guess that's all they required at the time, as Bournemouth have never really required more than they currently have.GranadaJoe wrote:Most countries have minimum standards for stadiums. If it's their choice to increase the stadium's capacity, then that's fine. If they don't want to, then they shouldn't have to. All they have to do is make sure saftey and security standards are met.
I see no reason whatsoever why it's unacceptbale for them to operate out of their current ground, albeit with minor upgrades.
