Re: Do you think?
Agree fully with that Augie. Just because I've chosen to never again set foot in the place until he's gone in a protest akin to pi$$ing into a hurricane doesn't mean I have any issue with those that still do. My beef lies with the fact that the vast majority of those that do go seem so nonplussed with what's going on around them.
At full time last night there was a chorus of boos from a couple of hundred people, the rest shuffled out of the ground wondering who they could hand their money over to to secure a ticket for Sunday where no doubt more of the same dross will be served up by manager and team alike.
The club has become totally institutionalised under Wenger no more so than the malaise that has gripped the fan base. We will actually only fully realise the full scale of the rut we have been in when a new manager comes in and drags the club kicking and screaming from the decade long coma Wenger will have placed us in. Depressing times.

But Donaldo "what can I do?". The club "know they have me by the balls" and what else could I do with my life on a Saturday at 3? Spend time with my family? Read a book? Watch something cultural? What else could I do with that £1500 I use to subsidise 2 greedy swindlers? Give it to charity and people who actually need it?! Bore off! I am angry but I will renew yet again. I'll just not buy any hot dogs, and I'll only buy just the one dildo from the Armoury this time round.donaldo71 wrote:Spot on augie every ST renewed is a vote for Wenger to stay .Kroenke runs the club back in Denver and turns for up a couple of games a season. The only results he is concerned about are the financial results. The only way to get rid of Wenger is fans not renewing ST's as long as Wenger remains. Its the fans who keep Wenger in a jobaugie wrote:No other manager would get away with those decisions and when you look at pep getting no small amount of stick at Bayern lately (despite winning everything), it does make you wonder wtf is going on at our club

Have to say though, that it really pisses me off when I see and hear fans bemoaning the fact that the yankee wa.nker and the useless board, put no pressure on the *word censored*.......are we the fans any different ? They (the board) sit silently in their plush seats as rome burns around them, and we sit in our comfy seats and grumble meekly in case we upset any of the akb sheep and in case the media lambast us as ungrateful
THAT WILL TEACH THEM

Don't worry though, as the AST will soon pipe up with another strongly worded public statement that they are "disappointed" with the result last night and want "improvement". Once Arsene gets them over to the Diamond Club to shove grissini and caviar up their jacksies, 92% will declare themselves "happy with the manager performance".donaldo71 wrote:Spot on augie every ST renewed is a vote for Wenger to stay .Kroenke runs the club back in Denver and turns for up a couple of games a season.

Just a reminder that over 80% of these clueless plebs publicly backed Wenger's performance last season (no title challenge, Monaco, Anderlecht, Cesc winning league with Chavs etc).
Then we have AISA and never forget the hardcore heroes of North London, RED ACTION, led by The Cook and his merry band of Wenger-felchers!

Expect to see Red Action lining up on the Holloway Road any minute soon, in hot pants, fishnets and full-kit w*****r I Heart AW + Kroenke gear.
Wenger and Stan must be shitting it

Re: Do you think?
I'm so sick of all these w*nker groups who claim to represent Gooners, when not one of them will publicly dare to challenge wenker or kroenke - what is the purpose of these groups if it isn't to speak up when our club is being mismanaged from top to bottom ? How can these groups expect to be taken seriously when so many of them are either totally oblivious to what is going on, or are fully aware of what is going on but are in somebodies back pocket ?
Where is the black scarf movement who was going to be the voice of real fans ? Don't give me any bollox about how the majority of fans don't see the need to protest or are content with what is going on, cos that is nowhere near the truth - putting that myth is just pr from the club and these supporters groups in a bid to deflect any need for fan rebellion
One of my beliefs in life has always been, that if something wrong doesn't make you angry, then you obviously don't care enough about it to get angry

everyone loves to hate cesc, rvp, nasri, etc... but honestly they saw the writing on the wall and knew that Wenger was not going to strengthen the squad properly. now they have all won titles while we are going to battle for the virtual trophy once more. forward.

spot on augie
I had forgotten all about the Black Scarf Movement - whatever happened to them?

Re: Do you think?
Last week somebody on here suggested that chanting pep guardiola's name throughout our game v Bayern might be a way to turn up the heat on wenker, and I have to say that I think that it is an excellent idea
Personally I have to say that he wouldn't be my 1st or 2nd choice to replace le cock (time we went with a non tippy tappy manager methinks), but at the same time it would be a show of force against wenker by using a high profile manager that will be looking for a job next summer at the latest. Even though klopp and ancelotti would be my preferred choices (assuming someone isn't available), I still wouldn't turn down the option of pep as manager if it meant that le cock is gone

Same here Yankee, they knew he was a busted flush and wanted out to clubs that have the appetite to truly compete and win the big prizes.Yankee_Gooner_Dandee wrote:everyone loves to hate cesc, rvp, nasri, etc... but honestly they saw the writing on the wall and knew that Wenger was not going to strengthen the squad properly. now they have all won titles while we are going to battle for the virtual trophy once more. forward.
I don't blame them for leaving.

Re: Do you think?
They insisted on sitting on the fence on the Wenger issue which won't have pleased anybody. Not sure if that started their downfall but I certainly lost any interest in them after that.Gunner Rob wrote:spot on augie

Firstly, Maureen is an absolute c.unt of the highest order and the day he falls on his sword I'll celebrate wildlyRob Admin wrote:A simple question:
Do you think Guadiola, Mourinho or any other manager who has to perform to keep their managerial status would have played two weakened sides in their opening CL matches?
Wenger can and does because he is unanswerable to absolutely no one but himself.
Enough of this dictator.
Secondly - what he said about 1 manager out of 20 not being under pressure is 100% correct
Of course none of the other managers would have the ability to do what TO1AW did last night.
Abramovich will sack Maureen within the next 12 months. Wiggy *word censored* won't sack Wenger for the life of his investment if he keeps getting 4th

With all due respect Rob, you're asking the wrong question.Rob Admin wrote:A simple question:

You should ask "How are we going to organise ourselves to get rid of Wenger and Kroenke?"
The time has long since passed to ask any other question because it's our Club and we'll be here long after they've gone. All that matters now is what state will the Club be in when they've gone / been forced out.
We have the power, we choose not to use it . . . . . . . . .

Shit, even TH14 left to go bag trophies elsewhere because he knew Wenger was not going to put together a good enough squad for him to win titles in the twilight of his career. In fact, Henry was probably the first to see it and leave, even though he wouldn't admit it in public.

Re: Do you think?
There is no doubt in my mind THBW14 went to the whores to win the CL. He could see Wenger was never going to win it. But in fairness to Henry he gave us everything so, please people, no dickhead comparisons to a crunt like Van JudasCunt that gave us basically fuck all. Henry EARNED the right to think about himself, VanCuntJudas didn't.Yankee_Gooner_Dandee wrote:Shit, even TH14 left to go bag trophies elsewhere because he knew Wenger was not going to put together a good enough squad for him to win titles in the twilight of his career.
