How do I upload an avatar?

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Glad that Rosies avatar has made a comeback. Took a lot of mental strength but finally after turning a negative attitude into a positive the handbrake was off and the transformation took place. makes it all worthwhile 8)
