Alex Iwobi

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Sell Iwobi before he stunts Walcott's development :barscarf:

I don't really rate him that much. He seems to waft around a lot, but does nothing decisive. Could be my dodgy streams ...

Same - can't say he's impressed me that much.

Is the bloke a striker masquerading as a winger in classic Wenger style or is he an actual winger? Certainly doesn't look like a 10 on his Hull showing.

I thought Gnabry was better than Feo, yet Gnabry was frozed out and loaned out. Feo keeps occupying that right wing, scoring few goals and doing nothing other than pocketing 140k a week.

The only thing Feo has going for him, is he is a nice lad and wont rock the boat - which is what Wenger likes.

I like Iwobi, and he should, along with Campbell, play ahead of both Chamberlain and Walcott.

Walcott for me is bottom of the pile. In terms of the wide player hierarchy, it goes Sanchez, Welbeck, Campbell, Iwobi, Chamberlain, Walcott.

Ramsey can learn from him.First touch, movement, pass timing,no stupid back heels.

We have better midfield control and rhythm.

Played well today, I thought he tired out as the game went on but he looks like a great player in the making.

had a good game and a well taken goal but for me just like welbeck he is a split second too slow in decision making, either getting a shot away or laying the ball off,why oh why cant we get an early shot sway??? for a young lad he is making an impression ,lets hope he kicks on :barscarf:

The indecisiveness is down to age and experience, he'll iron it out of his game.

If Wenger stays on he will regress which is a depressing thought.
