Rentboys at home (24/9) 5.30pm

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

No doubt if the arrogant c.unt was in charge of them still this would be a nailed on defeat, but conte is still getting used to the English game and defensively especially they seem to be having issues  I really thought that being Italian, and watching how well he set Italy's team up in the euro's, that being organised defensively would be the one thing that we could be sure would happen with them, and it does make me wonder if there are still players in that dressing room (I'm thinking matic for starters) that are still doing their own thing

It seems an obvious thing that say, but attitude will determine the result of this match - if we go at them and take them on with confidence, then MAYBE we can take all 3pts - if, as I suspect, we play slow and lethargic football, then they will defend comfortably against us and hazard and/or costa will ensure another defeat against them
Between them and what seemed to me comical bias of refs for ManUre through the last decade, I lost a little love for the game as a whole :(

It's like it took the romance out of the game a bit, also i was getting past my teens and becoming more cynical, but I just thought, so you can cheat and or buy your way to a title and the media will just go along with it?

That and Wenger making the same mistakes 10 years in a row of course :(

He has to start Perez, Xhaka and Elneny. And only one of Ozil (preferably) and Santi (acceptable).

But he won't.

We are shite, they aren't... etc 8)

I think we've cottoned on the self-harmer not playing the players he should :banghead:

I was another one who hated that they won the CL first. Another defeat to the blue scum is inevitable on Saturday :censored:

Wonder if Fabregas will try to get any of our players booked again  :cussing:

Can't shake the feeling of impending doom as we have seen year in year out Wenger manages to come up with a plan to always lose to them no matter how badly they are playing.

We had some decent result in our last few games, albeit against lesser teams (watford, hull and forest).

Maybe this might be the year we get it right.....

Speaking of Mr. Barca DNA did anyone else see the slimey rat faced bastard blowing kisses at the chav fans when he scored the other night. An utter über horrible fucking C.UNT.

So hope he gets game time at the weekend and goes home in an ambulance.....or better still a hearse.

Really looking forward to Saturday.
I reckon we've got a bit of momentum behind us now.
Is a crucial game. If we can get three points, the following four games are against teams near the bottom of the league.

I fancy a 2-0 win.

The referee is bad news. No wins for us in the last eight games when he was in charge.
So.......I predict the usual. Costa not getting sent off despite having committed fourteen bookable offences. And then getting a winning goal in the last minute. Whilst committing the fifteenth bookable offence. Which will result in the second one of our players being sent off for giving him a dirty look after being kicked up in the air.
Costa is a despicable excuse for a human being. Chelsea fans love him. That says it all really.
