I like him trying xhaka at left full again - partially cos I want to see guendozi getting more game time, but also I feel that monreal needs to be replaced

I will settle for 1-1.

I would hope that if fit he picks Cech, keeping Leno fresh for Palace on Sunday.

I'd also hope that Ozil is rested along with Laca, and we see Guendozi, PEA and ESR start.

the back four have to play, they still need a lot of work. this will be no easy game - we might need Laca and Iwobi from the Bench in the last 20.

we are top of our group on GD, we don't need to risk a loss in Lisbon.

That said, they've had a few dodgy results - losses against Braga and Portimonese (?) recently, and sit 5th in the CP.

2-1 to us - ESR and Iwobi.
I wouldn't!
Emery doesn't do draws - go for the win and keep the momentum going into Sunday!

3-0 win Bang Bang, Ramsey and Smith Rowe 8)
maybe i'm too used to the ex-manager, but like Augie i'm a bit wary. this is a game that we can't lose if we want to finish top and not draw a strong side in the next round - including the chavs.

i like the team he's sending out - back four in place, Ozil IS rested, as is Laca and Dozer and PEA start with Danny Boy.

Dozer and Welbeck should be up for it.

Come on You Redsssss :barscarf:

Romford Pele is there in the stands, :barscarf:

fullbacks seeing plenty of the ball so far.

the ground is half empty as the Portuguese are all still at work.

The Arsenal have never won in Portugal in five previous attempts,. time to change that lads.

Not with Xhaka...I wouldn't replace anyone with Xhaka. He's having his usual horror game already with one wild lunging tackle which he was fortunate not to be booked for.....

Without question one of our worst players.

they are doing everything they can to slow this game to a crawl.

Douzi not having his best game, little sloppy in possession.
