The only problem with him coming back is his lack of Match Fitness, even so he is our best RB even when not at his sharpest.

I guess they will swap Cedric over to LB as Tavares was / is just not good enough (yet).

I saw that too mate. This late in the season I'd take a risk on both Tommy and Partey if they are over their injuries and just lacking a bit of match fitness. I'd love to see Martinez-Lite drop Fucktard Clive and play Partey and Elninny in the middle but of course he won't, because Clive is such a nice guy and hey that's all you need to be to play professional football apparently...

We cant carry Tavares and Cedric anymore. Tomiyasu has to play. I would even put Cedric at left back. Ramsdale, White and Gabriel have all been shaky in the past month or so, and its down to the loss Partey and Tierney to add to Tomiyasu's long term absence. We cant play out the back effectively when the wingbacks are shaky, when Tavares has the ball in the back pocket and the opposition press is incoming everyone is shitting themselves. There has been cases where Ramsdale/White/Gabriel should just go long and give the ball back rather than seek out Cedric or Tavares for a pass. Its at its worse with ASL in midfield, Tavares and Cedric as wingbacks - this was the Palace debacle.

ASL looks just as lost as Tavares. Elneny is much better. Infact Elneny should get a new contract, a reliable no nonsense good attitude player who wants to be here despite sometimes not playing for weeks on end.

Elneny for ASL, Tomiyasu at RB, and Cedric and LB and we will look much more stable and Ramsdale, White and Gabriel will look better.

Tavares and ASL look like players promoted form the reserves to early. Really dont like their long term chances. Lets hope they dont have 5+ year careers here like Denilson and Eboue, two worthy comparisons
