TRAGEDY FOR SAGNA

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Oh please!

This is not about the team and the woeful performance!

Thje gripe I had is that Roly has tried to use a tragic personal circumstance to score points against us.

Th etragedy may well have played a part in the team's lack of focus.

Yet there were other reasons why we were so bad.

Namely:

Gilberto - past it.

Cesc - not fully over flu.

Traore - not ready.

Hoyte - needs run of games to live up to decent potential.

Toure - back from groin injury.

Gallas - trying to cover Traore as well as own position.

Eboue - average player.

Bendtner - still learning.

Man Utd - very fired up, came out of blocks running and hit us cold.

It happens.

Not nice when it does.

But it happens.
