Eboue actually got caught when challenged, a penalty.....then the c*nt makes such a meal of it we are denied it.

That's why he is not liked by Arsenal fans.

Guy, you can hardly blame Bentdner for being shit against Man Urinals, he had no service, the defense was crap and the midfield worse! Short of coming back to midfiled, picking up the ball, trying to take on the Utd team there was little he could have done. Give him the sort of service Addey got tonight I'm sure you'd see a better player.

We were bloody terrific tonight! The only thing we couldn't do was score, but we've got another 90 minutes to do that. Milan have to come at us at the San Siro and we'll get much clearer chances. Ade WILL score and so long as the defence holds, we're through.

Easy.

Well he's hardly had a short term to be fair. There is no way you can see the best of his potential or make an accurate judgement if he's coming on here and there. Sounds a bit like Theo really doesn't it? I just find the Eboue comparison unfair because that joker has had countless starts and failed to impress. I'd sell my two sons if Bentdner got as many starts as Eboue and had a poorer return.

:D :D :D

I think I am 100% sure the boys will not end up on e-bay.

Bendtner just does not do it for me - I was at the lane when he looked and played like a log of wood and he was sh*t at OT on the weekend too. We have given the guy starts this year and he just does not perform. Didnt he start 2 champions league games too and was a log of wood in both games ? He'll be good for Wigan, Fulham, Middlesborough but not the ARSENAL.

This is what I find unfair though, the two games you've mentioned Trottspurs and Urinals everyone around him has been shit. The boy has had no service, no invention, no killer pass, or basic support. If he started a game where we were on fire and missed sitter after sitter I'd have thoughts to his long term potential, ultimately though he isn't going to get that run is he? And really any striker needs at least 5 games in a row. Bendts is lucky to play 1 the rest for the next 10. So I can see him being the next big Boro target for sure.  poor Bendts

for what its worth,, at least we didnt concede an away goal,, and if we can get one over there then we can go thru,, we were unlucky tonite and were the better team and with a bit of luck ( OR A BIGGER SQUAD ) should have won,, i agree about bendtner,, dont think he's good enough and as for eboue  ,, senderos played well which is a plus,, but overall we are very much in with a shout and hopeflly a couple of our sicknotes will be fit

we should have won...but milan never looked like scoring. with their current home form i think we can go their and pinch a win.

considering our shit performance on saturday, tonight we played well but i wouldnt say we were good. Milan came to do a job and they did just that - they stopped us from playing and were defensively excellent. Wenger didnt take any real risks and guys im afraid bendtner did little when he came on and eboue didnt play THAT well. He missed a chance that any of our past right midfielders would have banged in the back of then net.

Put simply, we looked in about 4th gear, Milan in 3rd and we barely bothered them. However as home draws go, 0-0 is about as good as it gets, but it doesnt mean milan will come at us. they can sit back and soak up pressure, catch us on the counter, get an early goal and job done. I cant see us winning to be fair but milan's home form has been poor in the league.

But we are talking about one of the greatest teams in world football with world class players like pirlo, gattuso, kaka, maldini, nesta, inzaghi who have all been there done it etc. It's almost as if the game was the old against the new - we should be aspiring to be as good as the milan players out on the field today.

Finally, was anyone else hoping the 2nd leg would start immediately afterwards? i really cant wait that long for the return!

I think we will win at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.

We showed tonight that we can create chances, yet we had many players at only 85% fitness.

Hope Kolo Toure is ok, he looked in a lot of pain as he was helped off by two people.
