If it is a fix, then the fixers must be gooners, why else would we get the easier draw

Just read somewhere else about the editing of the TV pictures. I was watching but didn't twig at the time but they kept cutting away as the bloke go the paper out.

im pretty sure they fix all the draws, everyone knows uefa and fifa HATE england and english teams.

I dont see how this can be a fix.

In what way does it benefit anyone...there's a chance that Man Utd could meet Liverpool in the final in Moscow...could you imagine the fans...it'd be carnage...they hate each other as much as we hate S***rs

The russians won't take no shit & will nick anyone on the street how they suspect could cause trouble even a bloke who wears just colours to a game
the bollocks is taken & Uefa always do something to harm us fans
They complete *word censored* for example in Paris they booked every hotel around which had a 4-5 star rating leaveing many fans sleeping rough or in a crappy room which they had to get a good few weeks before the final (i booked mine stright after the villarreal game but took all night to find the right place)

Uefa are not fans, just people in suits who don't know fuck all get loads of free shit for them & there family while the real fans sit at home thinking of being at half the games they go to, uefa workers get 20,000 tickets (i think) of the ammout given out each year why that many

face it they don't care & just want a no english final so wouldn't be suprised if it was a fix

what they done was arsenal v liverpool, then the winner gets chelscum or fnerbache, so arsenal or liverpool win they expect chavs to win so englaish v english in the next round then gaurenteed an english team in the final *arsenal/liverpool/chavs*

they did everything they could so that there would not be an all english final, shootout between the two english teams who have done well in the CL in recent years.

gave manure a tough way to the final, roma are not that shit,
and then they get barca.

i though it was strange that we were the first out of the hat, and paired with an english team...

With odds of 191-1 its only the equivalent of predicting Derby to beat Man Utd, along with the first scorer. And I think there were a number of predictions on various threads here, so any one of us could now be claiming it was a fix!

Its so easy I think I'll have a go:
Prediction - Arsenal 1 (Toure 86) Middlesboro 1 (Aliadiere 25) Att 60,084. Oh, and I'd lay money that Mark Halsey has a crap game!!!

I agree with other postings that, if the draw was really fiddled they'd have put Man Utd and Barcelona in opposite sides of the draw or have all 4 English teams in the same half of the draw. Unless its been fiddled to get the dream final again - Arsenal v Barcelona???

And do you really think they'd want Chelsea in the Final? No! They have no support outside of the Surrey stockbroker so hardly an attractive proposition! Can you imagine how bad for the environment it will be with all those stretch limo's motoring across a quarter of the way around the world.....

its been fixed for years just surprised chelsea didnt get the mancs thought they would want 2 english teams out asap.

Not wishing to destroy any conspiracy theories here but it is relatively easy to doctor posts and the time and date that is displayed. That particular forum uses the same software as this and I know how easy it is to back date a post.

So the bottom line they could have posted that info after the draw. Why would they do that though?, to get hits, publicity, payment through clicks on ads etc,.

I don't necessarily believe this is what has happened but it is possible.

By the way, did I mention how much I fucking hate Manchester United?

TRUE, BUT THE INITIAL POST WAS FOLLOWED UP BY PLENTY OF OTHERS WELL BEFORE THE DRAW QUESTIONING THE POSTER AND HIS SOURCES.

YES IT MAY WELL HAVE BEEN A LUCKY GUESS OR POSTED AFTER THE EVENT, BUT THE FACT BOOKIES DIDN'T WANT ANY PART OF IT SURELY TELLS US SOMETHING?
