new away shirt

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Apparently white with maroon and gold trim (not exactly as pictured)

YUCK and pish off for ruining tradition Nike!!!!

I can't see it either but have seen some white kit or other with redcurrant. It would be ok as a training kit or maybe even a third kit or something, but in all honesty our away kit should be yellow shirts with blue shorts.

Do you really think Arsenal's away kit would be the same colours as the home kit? It takes the whole logic away from having a second kit.

Something tells me you've been had.

Shock horror, a white away shirt!!!

Post by goonertron »

Don't do forums as I don't get the time, but I've been moved to join, as yesterday post match I asked if anyone knew what the next away shirt was going to look like, and to my horror white was mentioned, NO!

Just had a quick look through at the strips posted, and I'm sorry white is a no go area for me, I don't even like the white socks in Arsenal's home kit. The shirt described as Wet Ham away is shite, and the one with red sleeves is pointless. I saw someone wearing the inter AFC shirt yesterday and interesting it was, and I could go with that, well more than white.

But, if it isn't broke... meaning we have to keep our away shirt as yellow, it's Arsenal.

I should say that a bloke down my local said it was going to be green, mmmmm!
