I mustnt be much of a sitcom fan cos I've never watched most of those mentioned. I do like friends and did like cheers though. I am more of the crime based programmes man really - prison break (best programme ever 8) ), law & order, csi ny, special vics unit, 24 etc etc.

Curb Your Enthusiasm is funniest show I have ever seen, US UK or from anywhere.

If you like Seinfeld then it is similar but better!

Larry Sanders gets rated too, not quite as funny but very very clever.

More 4 seems to be a sort of UK version of HBO, think that is why.

They usually end up showing it on terrestrial but if not , the box set of season 6 is now available.

Unbelievably excellent show..should be mandatory viewing for all citizens over 18!

It really is that funny.

this morning my order of the curb your enthusiasm box set of series 1 to 6 arrived from amazon. i can justify the £56.98 on the basis that laughter is good for the health.

and from what i've heard of this series and the couple of excerpts i've seen, i think i am going to be in the rudest of health real soon. (not enjoying that at the moment - some weird thing going on with a sore throat i cannot shake which seems to be moving into my lungs :( )

looking forward to watching the first one when i take a break for lunch.

Blimey Kev, you dug this tread out from 5 months ago!

I see you are already spending your royalties.... :happydance:

And as for the sore throat, that could be your punishment for eyeing up albanian beauties..... :gettowork: - maybe you need to curb your enthusiasm.
