Maybe but even if you were breaking the current law, at 16 or 17 she wouldn't be considered a child, but a young - if legally under-aged for sex - adult.

well that's quite interesting, funny you should say that actually. i don't mean to blow my own trumpet too much - actually i do - but my group of close mates call me the 'age-o-meter' due to my distinct ability to tell you how old a girl is. to be honest though, i can only tell when they are between the age of 15-21.

In the eyes of the law she would be a minor, and therefore not old enough to take pornographic pictures of (though ironically if she's between 16-18 not too young to shag).

If that pic was from a 'reputable' porn outlet, like say one run by David Sullivan, Paul Raymond or Richard Desmond you'd be sure she was over 18, they are very hot on the legal side of things.
