Atmosphere..the poll

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

For all those that agree there is a probelem with the Atmosphere at the Emirates...where do you sit??

Personally, i would say the best place to sit for atmosphere at the grove would be blocks 20-23.

as a red member the only tickets i get are in the uppier tier, usually behind the goals, orange is by far the best IMO, orange and blue pick up redactions songs which are started. yellow is defintely the worst a song doesnt last at all, green is good if you can get near the away fans. what blocks do others who are red members get tickets in, where the banter and singing is half decent?

i am usually in block 24 or 25 yellow quadrant next to the away fans,

i agree the atmosphere there is usually the best in the ground (but still needs improving!!)....seems to me RedAction are definately at the wrong end !!!!..perhaps they should be asking for a move to the other end??

I've moved from block 101 to 100/99, so me and my mates can sit together.

We sing at every game and it was good to see that in our new area there are a few people willing to join in...its just frustrating that so many don't bother.

Anyway, this season we've decided we're going to try and start more chants...maybe even a few of the new ones on here, hopefully people will start to join in...we're starting at the Newcastle match!

Ditto, although I was in 11 for WBA.

Ah, you're just next to us then. Depending which ticket I'm taking next season I'm either 96 (usual spot) or 98 with CIG (potential new spot). We're always singing along but seem to be in the minority.

dont really know why so many of the new fans dont sing - im not saying all fans sang before but its definately reduced in vocal support even though more can get in. perhaps like you say if we all perserve we can encouarge more to sing and better the atsmosphere.
