WOOHOO!!!!!!

Fantastic start.

BTW, we criticise our own supporters. The Everton lot who left with twenty minutes to go are just as disgaceful as our early leavers.

I got 8 to 1 yesterday on us winning the league.

It's now 13 to 2.

Early days, I know, BUT! :D

I thought Vermaelen had a great game against the 2 big strikers Jo and Fellani

Our defending for their goal was piss poor, I guess when you are 6 up defending doesn't matter  I hate being critical when we have had such an outstanding win so I will shut the fuck up and enjoy the moment 8)

You don't have to look hard for a ridiculously negative post on here, do you

6-1 win away at Everton, and he's pissed off?! :? unbelievable

Ignore their goal, our defending was impressive.

Every player worked tiredlessly to close down the Everton players - this has been a big fault of ours over the past few seasons.

Gallas and Vermaelen were good in the air, cutting out the balls early.

Impressive defensively.

Well, fuck me. What a start. 6-1 and not even a sweat. Can we have this performance and good fortune every week?

I'm still speechless.

Unbelievable. I'd have never expected anything even remotely like this.

Fabregas' post-match thoughts on Ade & Kolo;

[quote]“They didn’t really want to continue at Arsenal so it was the best thing for them to do and for us as well because we want players who are committed and want to be together for the season.â€

An awful lot of positives today -

vermaelen and gallas looked to be a good partnership albeit that everton really only play 1 up top but vermaelen was stronger in the air than expected 8)

midfield played well after we went 1 up

a 6-1 win without arshavin even hitting 3rd gear :o

being top of the league for 1 week of the season

just 2 negatives -

yet again we see eboue being played on the left wing  ffs he isnt even a good right winger much less a left winger :x

we scored 6 goals - 3 from midfield, 2 from defenders and 1 from a sub. In a game that you score 6 goals you would expect your strikers (rvp & bedtner, arshavin) to be amongst the scorers but with the exception of the little ruskie hitting the post for the dude's goal none of them even looked like scoring :o You always want your midfielders and defenders chipping in with goals but at the end of the day your strikers goals are the bread and butter and we have to pose more of a threat in those positions

Dudu should be on from the start which hopefully will be the case very soon.

his instincts are top class
