Absolute bollocks - could not disgree with this more.

I really hope someone backs me up here when i say this - but "bottling it" is not true, not by a million miles.

Was there quality missing? Clearly yes.

Would VP, Cesc and Walcott made a difference? Clearly yes.

Were we denied a stonewall pen and had a good goal ruled out? Clearly yes.

The problem we had was quality in the final third today, i will gladly agree that the squad needs improving, il agree we did not play well enough in the first half......but to call them "bottlers" is not true at all, not one fucking bit.

I don't blame the team at all. Not much else we could do missing key players (Fab, RVP, Song). We would have won but for the fucking *word censored* of an assistant ref!

Whilst we have genuine concerns regarding the quality of our squad.

There no doubt whatsoever we would be top of the league right now if it wasn't for piss poor refereeing we have endured this season.

That must have been one of the worst midfield performances I've EVER seen in an Arsenal shirt from Denilshit. He's really outdone himself.

Exactly - i thought the lads gave everything today - i dont deny we were missing quality today, i think that was clearly evident, but ive seen some bad Arsenal performances in my time - but that wasnt one of them, not in terms of attitude.

Its a massive week now, its going to be tough because most of our first team is missing!!

That refereeing crew should not see another Premiership pitch this season at least. That is the kind of thing that almost makes one wonder about match-fixing it was so blantantly and consistently poor and incomptent. If that was Italy or Germany somenewsapper would be round the betting houses already to check if there was odd activity. Two of worst decisions I have seen in years.

Still that we again are down to decrying bad decisions against a team like Sundereland because two or three players are missing is RUBBISH. We never had to rely on the refs(not that ever could) from 2002-2005, because we didn't have all our quality in the first eleven only.

Yet another test failed by our boys, its not over by any means but we've just made it a lot, lot harder.
it's the games that you grind out wins when you "don't deserve it" that wins you leagues, man utd have been doing it for years, and today we effectively "did it" as well, except we were let down by poor officials.
the offside was tight, granted, but how in the fuck did the ref miss two hands in arshavin's back as he was about to pull the trigger?

I agree with this, i do - but i would also say that we never had the extensive injuries we have now back then - so it was never really tested, but i do agree.

The title isnt over, but this is a blow - i would say if i thought the perfoamnce was shit - but in that second half i saw 11 red and whites fighting for the win, i cant ask for more than that as a supporter.

Today will not lose us the league - Spuds 2-3 and Newcastle 4-4 will.

Or piss poor performances from some of our players.

13 points dropped by us at home, united have dropped 2.

When you look back at the season, we should've won at sunderland and newcastle, we shouldn't have let Tottenham come back into the game at the emirate. We only have ourselves to blame if we don't win the league not the refs.

Rubbish - the reffing has been shit at times but it always is..it was worse than Usual today is all.

But look at our first eleven the night we won the League comfortably at Old Trafford

Seaman Lauren Campbell Keown Cole Parlour Edu Vieira Ljungberg Kanu Wiltord

All we were missing was almost certainly the best Footballer on Earth at that time, a Premier League Footballer of the Year from that season, our very best playmaker and second best striker, and a Legendary Captain and still second-best central defender, and though Edu had become first-choice it was only in thelast month or so that that had happened.

Yet we went to the ground of the three-time defending title holders and our fiercest rivals at that time, a place hwere the home reffing is as blatantly bad as what we had to endure today and frankly were never seriously threatened and won the League rather easily there all things considered.

We can't beat Sunderland at home withouth the refs help because we are missing Cesc and VanPersie and Song and arguably maybe still Theo? Sorry but we haven't been missing Henry and Piresand Bergkamp and Adams out there. Inexcusable and proof that we haven't invested really in the squad beneath the first eleven.
