Only fools and ARSENAL !

Post by Herd »

There is a provision in the deal for a loan note, and there is nothing to say once the company has been acquired that he wont leverage the debt .

Get ready for the Future it is Murder !

It seems that status quo will be resumed, only difference being that Kroenke has overall control.

I cannot understand the hysteria from some who almost guaranteed that the takeover would be debt levereged  Fact is that any half decent businessman would look at the takeovers by hicks/gilette and the glaziers and seen that such a takeover cannot work.

Have to say that this takeover if it goes through as detailed in the official statement feels me with sadness :( Where is the much needed revamp ? It looks like it will be more of what we have seen for the past few years except with a different name as the majority shareholder. There will be no change in the boardroom, no change in the manager and in all likelihood no change in transfer policy. You have to ask yourself as a fan what is the point in all this ? :? We wont even get the return of DD as encouragement to lift the mood around the club

I cannot believe that phw would be kept on as chairman  It absolutely defies belief

Hillwood had a Covenant that means he is chairman for life attached to the shares he sold years ago to Dein ,im sure he has the same deal now !

There just cashing in and they have been waiting to do this for years .

They Dein Fizeman Bracewell smith cabal was all about personal enrichment ! So whats new .

We are fcucked and we know we are !

Fuck me is there any good news anymore?

Can see it all staying the same. Increase ticket prices and the club will stay the same when it comes to the transfer market.

Will be interesting to hear if he makes a press alert to notify if we will compete at a higher level or not.

I only have anecdotal evidence but he was just AW's link to the board, AW still pulled all the strings.
so you're saying that there is absolutely no link between DD leaving and the club going backwards?
