Good point Frank, good point, you are right up there with Jamie Redknapp and Ray Wilkins for analysing stuff.
You are a right sarky bastard at times, I was merely pointing out to other posters who were wanking over Song's performance that it wasn't that great over the whole game, get a grip ffs.

Lille or Ajax for the knock out stage please.
APOEL or Porto wouldn't be so bad either. And we can always face Basel :D

Great minds think alike Don, we're apparently in the same camp as Wilkins and Redknapp...

Good win, Dortmund are indeed a decent side. They worked hard, closed us down well & moved the ball nicely. Disappointing to concede a silly goal at the end.

Dortmund fans were excellent, but then I guess they did have twice the number they should have  Saw a few of their lads in the home end get the full proper welcome to English football from the stewards; "Sit down, sit down, sit down! Be quiet! Take that scarf off!" before being swiftly ejected from the ground lol

Our support, where i was anyway, was fucking embarassing. It makes me despair, especially when you've for 8,000 Germans taking the piss & basically behaving like they're the home fans. Fortress Emirates my arse. This needs sorting the fuck out.

Entry to the clock end was a fucking shambles, huge queues outside 5 mins before ko, full body searches for home fans as OB were sure we were trying to smuggle pyro in for the Germans :?

Pleased overall though. First English side to qualify from a group much tougher than chavski's or utd's. Lovely.

I'll sleep better anyway without you telling me otherwise pal, overall he was shit, yes, I can see it with my own eyes, a good 15 minute spell is not going to cloud my judgement to say that ''Song was immense'' and quotes of similar ilk that I've seen on here.

how did the Germans get in with drums?

I assumed (because we don't have any) that they are banned from the stadium?

Fair enough, thought he did alright if I'm honest as Dortmund were decent, same as with Santos who I'm starting to warm to, only one who I thought was really bad was Gervinho who needs to be more clinical.

Mission accomplished though, they can be forgiven for now.

Make no mistake, Song was fucking terrible in the first half - three horrendously misplaced passes that the likes of Barcelona would've properly capitalised on.

He was very good in the second half though, obviously, but still inconsistent. For every three good plays, there was one shoddy play. Overall though, he was one of our better players for sure.
