Today's performance coupled with a horrific hangover has made me want to do something destructive like taking up smoking or drinking bleach.

Percy has fucked worse :lol: TL well done mate, I gave up for two months recently then got back on em so please stay strong and don't think that you can have just one social smoke like I did, it will end in failure. I used some tablets called TABEX and have ordered some more, them with willpower helped me and I am hopeful that I can succeed next time round. It is a terrible addiction that is becoming more and more socially unacceptable, even my kids treat me like a leper and tell me that I smell of smoke, if that isn't motivation for me to quit then I don't know what is.
