With all due respect to them for an awesome achievement Leicester (or indeed Spurs) will be the worst/weakest team to win the title in PL history. I suspect even most of their fans would admit as much. That they are where they are is almost partly due to the atrocious form of the so called big clubs as it is to their own brilliant consistency and team eththing is Chelsea, Man Utd, Liverpool, Man City ALL have an excuse of sorts for their inability to win the league - they are all under transistion. Mourinho was a dead man walking having lost the dressing eoom from the get go he just didnt realise it. Yes, Van Gaal's been there a bit, but its fair to expect at least 3 seasons to get a team seriously challening for the title, especially given the circumstances of losing SAF. And Yes, City should have done better but they're flying in Europe, and Pellegrini and the club must have been affected by the Guardiola announcment. But Arsenal?

Chelsea sacked thier manager for underachieving despite winning the league last season
Man Utd are likely to get rid of their manager (despite potentially winning the FA cup, but that may not save him, please not Arsene)
Man City have already arranged to upgrade their manager, who won the title season before last, is in the semi final of the Champions League and may well finish 3rd (or higher ? )
Liverpool, replaced their manager, have improved markedly and are into the semi final (al least ) of a European Competition

Didn't the Spuds replace their manager only the season before last ? How has that worked out for them ?

Didn't Leicester appoint a new, European experienced manager ? How is that working out for them ?

:rubchin:

I wonder which "big club" happily settles for mediocrity and rewards it in abundance ?

Better control from Welbeck and we could have scored then.

I'm already bored shitless watching Kos and Gabriel pass it backwards between themselves for 10 mins setting a new premier league record for consecutive passes.

If only the league could be decided by aimlessly passing the ball to death. We'd be champions by Christmas every year. Dross.

You'd get a better atmosphere in a vaccuum.
