Wenger can't sign players AND sort Feo's contract at the same time, he's incapable of doing two things at the one time you see.

Unless it's destroying Arsenal Football Club and shagging some French rapper which he has no problem doing simultaniously.

Dick and Ivan are Wenger's puppets, not his bosses. Arsenal are totally institutionalised under Wenger, nobody is capable of making a decision but him. When he leaves there will be noone at the club capable of doing anything!!!

Seriously though when Wenger goes I doubt there would be anyone in the club capable of delaing with contracts, signings (snigger) or the general day to day affairs of the club. Wenger does EVERYTHING, the helemts who work under him couldn't boil a kettle

The sooner people realise that Kronke and Gazidis defer to Wenger the better. They came onboard after his vanity youth project was already started and it suits them nicely thanks very much.

Wenger makes the decisions. Buys the players, negotiates the wages, picks the team, formation, tactics (or lack of), subs, appoints the coaching staff etc.

How in the name of Jesus posters on here say "nothing will change" unless the board goes is beyond me. So a new manager will do everything that Wenger has done?
Nothing will change until Wenger goes. Its just Wenger supporters trying to deflect any sense of responsibility from him.
