There is no point even speculating about what Wenger and Gazidis will do with the money because the answer is nothing. As far as they are concerned it goes towards paying for the summer's purchases not buying new players. People blaming Wenger/the board, obviously I agree we shouldn't have sold this twat to them, but did we actually have much choice? Of course there's always a choice, but no-one else would match our valuation for him. He wanted to go to them over everyone else, and we would have risked him sulking around the pitch all this season and walking away for nothing next summer. Yes there is some fault towards the hierarchy and I feel sick right now but our hands were tied.
