THE WENGER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

ONE STEWART ROBSON......THERE'S ONLY ONE STEWART ROBSON

:barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

Spoke to him a couple of times and any suggestion he doesn't care about the club is absolute bollocks. What is 100% correct is that he's no longer welcome at the club because of his views. He's never been anything other than 100% honest and unlike that retarded fuckwit who sits on the Sky panel, he is actually capable of pointing out what's wrong in a structured and controlled way

Nothing in this interview that I would disagree with
Sorry but Robson is a complete cu&t, who's bitterness against the club is obvious.
You can sense his joy listening to him on TalkShite whenever we lose. When we win he's never on the air.
He's got zero credibility.
Stewart Robson *word censored* of the highest order.

Nutjob on pravda :rubchin:

'I analysed this Christmas period a bit and we played on December 21, 28 and January 1 away from home. I looked at all the teams that played the 28th and the 1st away from home. That means the two consecutive games, none of the teams won. Nobody. We had three away games out of four and I think we took more points than anyone else, even if we were very disappointed at Southampton. In the schedule over Christmas, nobody won on December 28 and January 1.'

Steve O I have a new Club Badge Of Honour for you to celebrate.......we have now progressed past the 3rd round of the fa cup for 19 years in a row 8) :barscarf: :barscarf: As a Gooner, you wouldnt believe how proud I was to read that in the daily express this morning and I'm sure it will be mentioned in a press conference near you in the coming days  It's remarkable consistantcy certainly puts trophy winning seasons that the likes of wigan and the brummies have had, into the shade
Do people over there not need a university education to become a journo ? What self respecting c.unt would put that meaningless stat in their match report ? Either le cock or the club's media dept must have their hand up the journo's arse

Surprised you haven't heatd that Augie I've seen it a few times over the last few days. Slight difference in that, despite being treated as second rate by Wenger for a while now, we have won it 5 times in 18 seasons under him so the consistency actually means something.

I guess Wenger's FA Cup record is fair enough - the one thing that it is hard to have a go at him too much for.

despite all this 3 wins in 4 games rubbish that the AKBs are going on about though the stark reality is that we have the lowest points total in the league after 20 games during Wenger's reign. That is unacceptable as wasn't this the season we were supposed to have kicked on? Never before has this club spent so much to achieve so little.

this is a brilliant idea

saves us actually having to win matches in the future - get knocked out by Monaco. No problem - still sell tickets v Real Madrid because this is who we could have got  :barscarf:

We could even get Jim 'Bullseye' Bowen to present them to fans personally with his "Here's what you could have won...." signature greeting

That story has got to be a piss take! :coffeespit:

But sweet Jaysus if it isn't and Wiggy gets to hear about it we'll all be queueing to buy tickets for our 2008 Universe Cup Final against Brazil 70. 8)
