Havertz deal was signed last week. Hence Arteta was happy to talk about him whereas he refused to talk about Rice as he is still a West Ham player.

Talks have taken place between Arsenal and the representatives of striker Folarin Balogun over his future.

It’s thought he wants to make a permanent move away from Arsenal.
