There are still rumours circulating that real madrid are interested in mbappe or kane for this summer - I'm still think that if we sit tight on centre midfielder for now, one of real madrid's young centre midfielders will become available (probably Valverde), and again imo he would be a big upgrade on rice and a lot cheaper too

Kalvin Phillips, one of the most overrated PL players of all time! He's dog shit, always has been and Pep has obviously seen that, that's why he literally hasn't played him all season. There's a guy who if you said we could have him for 15m I'd say fuck off, he's the Rob Holding of midfield.

For Rice, I'd go 90m +10 add-ons and I'd say that's our final offer. I don't think City really want him so I don't think they'll pay more. If Rice does end up going to Manchester, fuck him, his career will nose dive.

If Rice is as good as you believe him to be, then why would his career nosedive ? Gundogon is gone to barca now so surely rice steps into that position ? Is there any good player that has gone to citeeh under pep and failed ? I understand your thought process, but it contradicts your belief that he is a quality player - I believe if he goes there his career will nosedive cos I dont believe him to be anywhere near top level, but you have stayed loyal to your belief that he is top quality so there is no reason then to think that playing under the best manager in the world would be anything other than good for him surely ?
