Well, this could be flipped over to read that wenger listened to his player, and let them show him that they could be disciplined. That actually shows great leadership. How many times have the players let us down by showing no discipline in defence? How often is wenger seem kicking the water bottle in frustration due to his players letting him down? Nearly every game in the last 9 seasons.
