Teecee selected his goal to be scored in the 4th minute and this was scored in the second...meaning a difference of 2 minutes...so...TEECEE WINS!!!!
Erm, no!!!!!

TeeCee selected Villa vs. West Ham and I selected Chelsea vs. Birmingham to have the fastest goal, and the fastest goal WAS Chelsea vs. Brum, so I was right!!!

Your rules were...

"TIE BREAKER

1. THE TEAM WHO SCORES THE FASTEST GOAL IN ANY OF THE ABOVE FIXTURES. JUST ONE TEAM AND ONE FIXTURE

If no one gets the match right then it will be down to the player who gets the nearest time"

That last line is the key - I selected the CORRECT game, TeeCee didn't, so the fact his time was closer is irrelevant!!

How did I lose? :? :?

G88ner goes through... TEECEE is out! FIX

Yes, poor TeeCee :( he probably went out celebrating with his family following his narrow 'victory', only to be dumped out the tournament 24 hours later. Very sad indeed.

Again.....

"If no one gets the match right [g88ner did! in fact, he also selected the correct team 8) ] then [hmm, "then" surely suggests the first part takes precedence over the next bit] it will be down to the player who gets the nearest time[which was TeeCee]"

Perhaps you could send him a bunch of flowers, Sammy? :D

Having gone to arbitration (my mum) and discussed the facts and the response to the original decision, it has been decided that the result will stand. My mum reckons G88ner whinges too much and therefore needs to grow another set. Now.....I have never argued with my mummy so.........

Teecee wins
