As much of a prick that he is for moving to Mancs for money and whatnot he’s one player I’d happily have back. Whenever he played for us he showed commitment, desire and hunger. Always chased for the ball in high tempo and was up and down the pitch.
Mkhi doesn’t do half of that and he’s been average (and that’s being nice). He’s one of the players in the A list that needs to go with no hesitation. When he has good games he’s fantastic but the other 5 that he plays makes me want to just slap someone.
Sanchez absolutely carried us for 3 seasons, nobody will say that more than me.
But have you seen the guy play in the last 18 months? He is continuously shite. He’s lost a yard of pace and being a player who gives the impression of busting a gut (who I suspect couldn’t have the discipline to play a proper pressing game) doesn’t even nearly make up for that.
Yes Iwobi and Mkhitaryan are fucking dreadful (again nobody will say that more than me) but Sanchez is absolutely not the answer to any sensible question.
He's been utter shit becasue he did not play, before that he was quality. You and I can both agree.
If he stayed with us and not be a prick demanding 500k he would've been the same, if not, a notch better with Auba and Lacazette around him.
Sanchez is a good player and still is a very good player, the bench ruined him and I'd rather have Sanchez than Iwobi playing for us. United bench Sanchez can comfortably walk into that position for us. Had he carried on he would've been the player that he was when he left London for that shit hole.
Did you see him play first half of last season? His form took a huge nosedive well before he left us.
And the reason he found himself on United’s bench wasn’t Mourinho being a prick, most United fans wanted him benched long before that. He was giving the ball away 30+ times a game regularly, astounding.
He is better than Iwobi - much better - but what’s the point in using Iwobi as a benchmark simply as to whether we should sign a player? Anybody who isn’t brainwashed can see that the bloke is nowhere near up to it at this level but your point wasn’t that Sanchez is better than Iwobi, it’s that you’d welcome him back. There are easily 30 wide/attacking players in this league better than Iwobi, doesn’t mean I’d want to sign all of them.
Beyond that, Sanchez’s attitude stank in his last 6 months with us (although I understand that partly given how much he had carried us). 18 months rotting at United, why on earth would it be any better now?
Not a chance would I take Sanchez back we would be left with another player on crazy money with his best days behind him,we won't be able to pay his current salary or anything close unless United offload him to China they are stuck with him.He was a fantastic player for us and carried us at times but agree his last season you could see him physically dropping let alone giving the ball away more and more.
He has been played into the ground season in and out with club football and virtually every summer playing internationally, not our problem now we have many of our own.
Lots of talk of who we might try to sign look at our first team who would you keep but who could we get rid of ballpark salaries of some of our players I would like to see us move on.
Cech 100k a week out of contract thank fuck likewise lichtsteiner 100k,Kolasinac 130k,Mustafi 90 k,Xhaka 130 k,Elneny 80k,Miki 200k,Iwobi 80k,Chambers 70k,Jenkinson 60k sure we can add a few more.
Mesut Ozil 18 m a year in wages.
I can't see us moving any of the above on easily if at all with virtually all with those wages any willing takers will rightly drive down any transfer fees to near zero.
Perhaps we could sell Torreira for 100m too? It would give us a better budget for this coming transfer window.
Stan can keep the 40m war chest, and we get to buy 5-6 half decent players that keeps us in the PL top 10.

We managed to shift walcott who was on £120k a week and we got £20m. It's not inconceiveable that we can't shift 3-4 of the squad you've mentioned above, although I'd keep Chambers, but the Guendouzi rumour would be definitely interesting if it were to be true. He's been good because he's been a bit of fresh energy, but I'm not sure he's gonna be as good as we've already got. I'd say Maitland-Niles would be a better player in that midfield position. Or maybe, have both together they might work like Vieira and Petit did.
Emile-Smth, Willock and Nelson along with M-N should be involved more in the first team as they do show real quality in moving Arsenal forward next season.
To his credit Walcott left as soon as it became clear that he was a bit-part player. The guy actually cared about playing football and potentially getting back into the England squad. Likewise with Wilshere. Otherwise we would have been stuck with them running down their contracts just for huge wages and the inflated sign-on fee they’d command when they left at the end of their deal.
Would have to hope that some of the expensive wastes of space in our squad have similar aspirations if we want to offload.
I’m not sure that Ozil for example (and I don’t categorise him as a complete waste of space but he is one we desperately need to offload) cares too much about his career. I understand what Emery is trying to do, as if Ozil was allowed to turn up as and when he pleases (as he has done for years) and have the sniffles when it suits him then there is no chance he would go.
According to this article only Leno, Sokratis, Bellerin, Guendouzi, Torreira and Aubameyang are considered nailed on starters for next season and Lacazette might be sold.

I can only speak for myself of course, but the thought of that type of rebuild in the summer, is wet dream levels of excitement - of course that makes it highly unlikely to happen The fact that it suggests that lard arse iwobi and the armenian pussy are likely to stay is not at all pleasing to me though
I honestly can't see us having a major clear out and rebuild in the summer. I think it'll be one or two players out and one or two in and a slow rebuild over the next 4 windows. Hope I'm wrong because I'd love a quick fix to make us properly competitive again but can't see it happening quickly tbh.
Should a defensive coach also be on the target list ?
As much as I don't like him as a pundit, why don't we get Keown back to do sessions with our defence I seem to remember him being behind our run to the CL final.

Keown is a self-righteous, arrogant cock who had his tongue so far up wenger's anus that he had toothpaste on it when he pulled it out

I agree but can he improve our defending, can anyone
