As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
I thought i'd post this here - its not really a laughing thing - quite sad really, but Uniteds Fanzine "Red Issue" has packed up after 25 years ' due to the "santization of football" .
i think we can all relate to that :
“The game we’ve been clinging onto is gone. Football now is happy-clappy families, half-and-half scarves, tourists and selfie sticks; there’s no point trying to fight that.
“We’ve been through all these points and arguments over and over again during the last 20-odd years raging against the killing of a culture that’s long been deceased.
“A United employee told us on Warwick Road recently, ‘Everyone in the club offices reads Red Issue. It’s like the antidote to working there’.
“But where’s our antidote? The Bullshit Industry’s become overbearing, and we can’t stand the stench any longer.”
Columnist ‘Mr Spleen’ also added: “You can only kick against the pricks for so many years before the toe caps on your boots wear out.”

RIP Red Issue. wankers.
Reads to me more like;
"The old Rednosed bastard we’ve been clinging onto is gone, so is the success. Moyes wasn't the new Fergy. Us plastic cúnts can't large it up in work on a Monday morning anymore. Fuck that. We are off to start a Rugger fanzine!"
should read "Fergie is gone and seems to have taken all our refs with him..we have supported United ever since football was invented by Sky in 1992 , although a strange phenomenon happened in the last two years where the media actually criticised us , obviously as super fans who buy all the merchandise available we cannot stand by and watch our company being criticised so we will reinvent ourselves on another bandwagon "
Although we'll still have our comedy/embarrassing moments during the rest of this season, I still think we'll finish above them and there will be plenty of laughs at their expense. As for the death of a Manure fanzine? So effin what! Still hate everything about them with a vengeance!
The only way that these twats finish in the top 4 is if opposition managers keep giving them so much respect with ultra defensive tactics. Go out and go straight for the jugular against this lot and they fold.
