Did you actually see Arshavin run today?...attack Cech today? Give a fucking solid performance when most around him were shit! The little man was a shiny piece of carrot in the pile of puke!seamoisalegend wrote:And you show your class even more well done guys.
Yea he was shocking and has been for a while but some of the stuff coming out, calling him a c**t etc etc least he actualy tried. He may not be good enough but he puts in the effort unlike someone like Arshavin but I aint seen anyone call him a c**t and things.
THEO! WASTE OF MONEY????????

Oh yea of course it is there right and opinion to say it but I just cant believe our own fans would be that harsh on our own player. If he is playing shite then of course he will get abuse but he is one of the ones singled out time and again when others who seem to be well above the level of abuse dont play any better.SammyDroppedHisShorts wrote:I agree I dont like the C word and perhaps it is harsh, but people are entitled to their opinion and in fact it is their right to call him whatever they want......he earns a bloody fortune and personally I think he is an utter waste of space.seamoisalegend wrote:And you show your class even more well done guys.

He may get paid loads but is that his fault? Thats more the way football is going these days.

Running is great..difference being that Arshavin actually has some ball control and can take people on and get a cross in...little Theo has none. I actually like him though and think he'll come good but to take Song off and put him on to CREATE? No fucking way.seamoisalegend wrote:Also I thought it was a critic of theo that all he did was run

Walcott has been at Arsenal for an age. Apart from a few fleeting performances where he has torn a left back up....he has to me....ME...never produced the goods. He is lightweight on a heavyweight pay packet......fans for decades have slaughtered their own...its just the way it is...but lets not forget one thing here....Walcott is living MY dream....and the fact he is pisses me off....because I reckon he is taking the piss out of us week after week..picking up a huge pay packet....and NEVER delivering......he has openly stated he wants to play in the World Cup....(try performing for your club first), he has had Wenger swear because of this......and most annoying of all...he STILL thinks the sun shines out of the team he supported as a boy (yes still a boy in my eyes)....Liverpool
I dont want to read about OUR players having an affinity for one of our rivals....i want to see what Drogba did today....."I supported Arsenal because of all the French players"...yet he slams in 11 goals against us in 10 games......
Walcott...waste of time....flog him

Thats fair enough and like you said you didnt agree with calling him such heavy words but quick question when did he rave on about the bin dippers? I know he was a fan but didnt know he was going on about them.SammyDroppedHisShorts wrote:Listen Seamoseamoisalegend wrote:Oh yea of course it is there right and opinion to say it but I just cant believe our own fans would be that harsh on our own player. Yea the world cup comment took the piss but that aside I do wonder if because he is English he is being targeted more than others, people say he is being bigged up and given more chance coz he is English but I do wonder if he gets more critics than other also coz he is English, more focus on what he does and things.

I can kinda understand why he took Song off as we are 2-0 down and need to go all out for a win and so take off a defensive player for an attacking one but a miss firing striker being played on the wing for our best performing midfielder? Well it didnt pay off anyway but Arshavin hasnt been on form for a while I wonder how long till people start calling him a *word censored* and say lets sell him to Bolton.N1AFC wrote:Running is great..difference being that Arshavin actually has some ball control and can take people on and get a cross in...little Theo has none. More and more like a modern Tony Daly. He can run but little else. I know he has been out injured but top players will still show a few glimpses of their ability in their first game back. Theo showed nothing - he was shockingly poor yesterday. I just can't help but get the feeling he may be all potential and nothing else. Which would be a shame.
He reminds me of Aliadi-useless more and more too...

Of course they did. Teams always will. Did no one ever arranged their team to try and nullify TH14 or DB10 or Pires or Wrighty or PV4? The true quality players dictate the game - not try and respond to being dictated to.rigsby wrote:Chelsea changed there whole game to try and stop him. That’s the thing with Walcott, for some reason his presence does seem to scare teams. Not saying he should have started or anything (he literally redefined the word “shiteâ€rigsby wrote:Chelsea changed there whole game to try and stop him. I disagre with you there. I think for a player out of position being marked by the best left back in the world and an experienced player like lampard is going to make life hard for you. Yesterday wa sperfect for him to play up front, you could tell Chelsea couldn't handle his pace. He lost the ball when he tried to cut inside, which he can't do granted. I have no doubt in my mind he would have done better than Eduardo up top.
He's not complete, and I get frustrated by him, but my god, there were worse players than him out there, but none caused chelsea problems like he seemed to.
