The New Kits of 2010/2011 Thread.

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Yep! I like that. Simple.

However, it is very similar to the 06 (?) shirt.

Yea it's quite similar to the 06-07 shirt, but it's still pretty good.

If those picture are correct the white of the sleeve goes higher up on the shoulder than the 06-08 shirt.

No problems at all with that if it is the home kit.

For people noting how similar it is to the 06/08 home kit, why does that matter?

If anything, that is a cause for celebration. Better than getting a "SURPRISE! Charlton!" home kit...

Red shirt. White sleeves. No problems.

Surely got to have white name and number on the back.

The gold looks ridiculous.

I will certainly go with white for mine!!!

Absolutely love this kit! 8)

We asked for:
-red body
-white sleeves

Nike came through this time. Even if people say it is plain, can we complain when its exactly what we have been asking for?

The picture of the Walcott shirt is from the 07-08 season. I was trying to show the difference in the sleeves with the picture.

Nothing wrong with highlighting the 2006 shirt. Might have made a good investment back then.

Right off to the loft to find it!

IF (a big IF) this is the new home shirt then I'm delighted with it. Proper Arsenal jersey. IF it is the real deal... :?

traditional Arsenal kits have already been plain. But, that what makes our club great. Besides our charlton shirt we've stuck to a good template. The best kit we ever wore was "plain" but perfect.

Much better than this mess that Spuds wore in the late 70s.
