Ummmm....no, not to my knowledge-what Americanisms exactly are you referring to then?
Well I would say to take an example "Making sure Arsenal are doing things the right way", as more than one person is involved.

No offence taken. Hope you take no offence at my suggesting that is a bit silly. Indeed I don't do it consistently and only do it because frankly it's proper English so I thought :lol:

EDIT - I Think I mis-read that intially. And usually I refer to the club in plural although when referrring to the club as an entity I believe the singualr is not unacceptable. Buty my question above stands :wink:
