Just got back from the game (live in Bristol so takes a while).
Was pretty pessimistic going in though maybe 1-1. Also got to my seat only to find some bloke claiming it was his (been a st holder for years so think i know where my seat is evan after a few bevvies.

Anyway once our local steward (who despite how some of them are is a really nice guy turfed them out despite physical threats) the game started.

1st half we were proper sh1te and in the 1st few minutes looked like we had learned nothing from last weeks defensive shambles.

Offensively we created very little and lacked movement and urgency.

Second half we were much improved (not exactly a great achievement). If/when Robin gets his 3-6 month injury we are well and proper fooked. My biggest concern is Wengers constant poor management of subs.

Surely at 2-0 vs 10 men would be a great time bring the Ox into the fray :banghead:

Then with 5/6 minutes left we bring on Chamakh when Kos is clearly injured. After this Theo (crap apart from the asist for Robins 2nd) is now probably out for a few weeks - or 6 months once our medical team get hold of him. If I was being optimistic this might give the Ox a chance but you can bet it means Arshavin playing instead.

We need to build on the 2nd half performance this week and get a good result so confidence is high for next sunday. But currently dreading that game.

When that song started up some people around me started booing! It really is a divided stadium these days.
That's encouraging. Which block did that happen in?

Glad to here there are boos. Got to be the response from Gooners who have realised Wenger is past his sell-by date.

When my stream went to a crowd shot as that little ditty was going on there was a shot of some spotty teenager giving it the wanker sign to someone while he sang with his mum

I had a few drinks before the game and told some bloke that I think you're in my seat. He said I don't think so and then I realised I was in the wrong row.

I came back after half-time to find someone reading my programme and then by the end of the game, someone had nicked it. Never happened to me before, in 20-odd years of going to football.

Did you leave your wallet and phone on the seat as well?

Right, that's it. I'm fucking off down the Lane or the Bridge. Standards have slipped so fucking far in this club. Bunch of savages on this town.

Yesterdays game turned on goal straight after ht - we had sat through an absolute shite first half and I have no doubt the 2nd half would have been as bad had we not scored early.

To watch the highlights on motd last night (just got home for them) you would think theo was outstanding but the reality was that for the majority of the game he was really poor. When put clean through one on one with keeper he showed yet again that when he has time to think he absolutely shits himself as he hasnt got the intelligence to do so

Two good goals from rvp yesterday but am sure that anybody at the game will confirm how utter shit he was for most of the 1st half. Again he started this dropping deep for possession which makes no sense as he is the only striker in the team.

Gervinho was total muck yesterday and his first touch when put through by arteta was at best pub team standard

A word of praise for chesney whose save in the first few mins was absolutely world class and if we had of gone 1 down so early in the game then I shudder to think about what would have happened.
Arteta was motm for me by a country mile - he looked busy, was always keen to get on the ball and was the only one showing enough intelligence and vision to break them down

Btw wenger you can still fcuk off as far as I am concerned
