QPR match thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Slow, arrogant, baffling team selection, hideous defending, completely uninterested.

LOL here comes the end of the season collapse! You all knew it was right about that time. Wenger is fucking braindead. Ramsey is the worst player in the prem. Vermaelen had another shocker.

And can anyone recall the stat about Mike Dean officiating Arsenal games? I think we have not won a game when he has been our official?

Me too - I stuck my head on the block yesterday and predicted a 3-0 home win v villa cos that was how confident I was but this game is different for me. Yesterday villa had f**k all to play for whilst qpr will be fighting for their lives. It is the type of game in a tight hostile ground that we have had problems in the past and you can bet your bottom dollar that scumbag barton will be restored to the starting line up to kick our guys around the park

Wasnt a shock for me - I have been saying that our results over the last few weeks have been much better than the performances so a return to results like this was never far away. We were woeful today in every aspect.......our passing was poor, our tempo was lazy, our agression and tackling was non existant and our movement wasnt acceptable.

Yet again can I please demand that song, feo and especially wenger get the fcuk out of our club

Very disappointed today.
No urgency, awful defending by TV5, no ideas, baffling decisions by Wenger, midfield missing, zero up front.
Sad to say but Kos was our best player. Rosickys resurgence hit a blip today. Song shit again. Rambo - nuff said

We got what we deserved today

Ox shoulda been on from the start - might have been different I think

But to be fair you can't blame the ref today.. the defeat was well deserved what makes it even worse I'd say.

Btw Torres scored today..

Only Koscielny, Arteta and Chesney did their jobs to a satisfactory standard today. Overall I believe the rest were fucking abysmal to a man.

Gotta say augies right- our recent run of good results did not reflect the performances. Todays result did. :(

Away from home at least, we've been good value for our home wins.

i said it earlier, it's cos he lets teams get away with being over the top physically with us. all through that game zamora was basically fouling kos and verm when they put high balls forward and getting away with it. and when we had the ball they were getting away with arms all over our players and chipping away at the ankles. a prime example is walcott trying to chase that ball down the line and getting shoved off the pitch... neither player was anywhere near the ball so it's a foul, no question.
the reason we beat spurs is they foolishly tried to play football against us rather than just kicking the shit out of us.

all of the above doesn't mean i wouldn't have liked to see us stepping up and giving just as good back

edit: and i'm not suggesting we didn't deserve to lose, qpr did what they had to and we had no answer to it
